1 out of 5 starsAs an independent business owner, myself, I realize a negative transaction when I see one. Although the product is great, transaction process was awful. n nFirst, nothing on the website said that everything was handmade, and would take 1-2 weeks to make. I placed my order on January 1st, heard nothing from the seller until I contacted them January 11th, when I was told everything was made to order, she just checked out my order and would ship it out the next day. She ordered the shipping information from USPS the 11th, and according to the delivery confirmation didn't ship it until the 18th; 7 days later. I didn't receive my package until the 22nd; 21 days after ordering the product. I have never waited so long for a package and would never make my customers wait so long. n nNot only that, but I was charged $8 for shipping, when it was shipped in a priority flat rate envelope, which I ship my orders in, which is less that $5. AND! Once I received it, was charged an additional $1 from the postal service to receive the package from postage due because according to the post office the package was too big for a flat rate envelope. So if she would've spent the 20 cents more for the small flat rate box and just put the necklace in it's box in there, it would've fit, she still would've made a profit off of shipping, and I wouldn't have had to pay the extra $1 to receive what I had already paid for. n nThis is by far the worst purchasing experience I have ever had.
